We turn board objectives into AI that runs

From AI strategy to AI in production.

An AI-first advisory and capability firm. We architect the strategy and build the systems that put AI into production, delivered directly by the two founders.

The Invensu model

We run our own firm on the AI-augmented model we advise you to adopt.

02The gap

Most AI advice stalls before it ships

The two obvious routes to AI each break in their own way.

Failure mode 01

Credibility without proportion

The big firms have the standing to frame a hard AI problem, then staff it with junior teams and price it as a transformation programme. You buy a programme to get senior thinking.

Failure mode 02

Speed without architecture

The AI-native boutiques move fast, then ship systems that fail a security review. Fast becomes expensive the moment it meets governance.

A CIO who wants senior judgment on a hard AI problem has no commercially proportionate path. That gap is where Invensu works.

03What we do

Architect. Build. Enable.

Three offerings, one progression. Most engagements start with the architecture.

01 / Architect

Architect

AI strategy & enterprise architecture

AI strategy, enterprise architecture, and operating-model design: a clear read on where AI pays off, and the roadmap to get there.

  • AI readiness assessment: where AI creates real value
  • Operating-model and business-process design
  • Enterprise architecture and architecture validation
  • A staged, fundable transformation roadmap
02 / Build

Build

AI capability delivery

Automation and AI capabilities, built and deployed through Agent Forge, our own tooling. Every capability runs a real business process in production.

  • Business-process automation, end to end
  • Document intake and intelligent extraction
  • Lead and tender qualification
  • Product development and supplier / product-data structuring
03 / Enable

Enable

AI literacy for leadership

AI literacy for the people who scope, evaluate, and govern AI. It turns a leadership team into informed buyers. New, in development.

  • Read a vendor claim critically
  • Challenge an architecture proposal
  • Make a build-versus-buy call with confidence

04How we work

From boardroom to production

Every engagement starts with the objective the board has set.

We translate that objective into a clear AI mandate, then take it through the arc below: architecture, build, handover.

Delivered directly by the founders. No junior-team buffer, no programme overhead.

01

Align

Agree the mandate: what the board wants, and where AI pays off.

02

Architect

Set the architecture and the fundable roadmap.

03

Build

Build and deploy the systems that run it.

04

Enable

Leave your team able to run and govern what we built.

05Proof

We build AI at real clients, in production

A Belgian critical-infrastructure operator needed AI capability at production quality inside a hard governance and security perimeter. We delivered it through Agent Forge, our own assembly and deployment tooling.

At a Belgian construction firm, two capabilities have run since mid-2025: contractor-compliance automation with document intake and regulatory verification, and a lead-qualification engine. Real workflow, in daily use.

06Why Invensu

Three things that are hard to copy

01

The delivery model is the proof

Our own firm runs on the agentic model we advise. No Big Four practice or large integrator can say that without dismantling its billing structure.

02

Depth and speed, together

Two complementary founders: enterprise architecture and AI strategy, paired with operations and business-process delivery. The credibility to pass a governance review and the hands to ship inside it.

03

Independent by design

No vendor platform to push. No licence revenue steering the advice. What we recommend is what your case needs.

07The firm

Two founders. One accountable team.

Deliberately small. The two people you meet are the two people who deliver.

08FAQ

Questions we get before the first call

What does Invensu do?

Invensu is a Belgium-based AI-first advisory and capability firm. We help enterprise and mid-market organisations move from AI strategy to AI in production: we set the architecture and roadmap, build the systems that run real business processes, and leave your team able to run them.

Do you only advise, or do you build the systems too?

Both, under one roof. We design the strategy and ship the systems through Agent Forge, our own delivery tooling. Capabilities built this way run at Belgian clients today, live since mid-2025.

What does an engagement look like?

We translate the board's objective into a clear AI mandate, set the architecture and roadmap, then build and deploy the systems that run it. Most engagements open with a short AI readiness assessment.

How is Invensu different from a typical consultancy or AI agency?

Most advisory firms stop at a strategy deck, and most AI agencies ship systems that fail a governance review. We do both halves with the same two people, and we run our own firm on the AI-augmented model we advise.

Who do you work with, and where?

Enterprise and ambitious mid-market organisations across Belgium and Europe, usually with a board-level AI mandate. Our work spans regulated and operationally complex sectors: public sector, critical infrastructure, financial services, and professional services.

What does it cost to start?

We size each engagement to the objective. Most open with a short, scoped assessment of where AI pays off, which sets the sequence and the plan before any build. Tell us the objective and we will tell you honestly what the first step looks like.

The first conversation is one call

Tell us where you are stuck between strategy and production. We will tell you honestly whether we are the right firm for it, and what the first step looks like.
