Who is responsible

Invensu BV is the data controller for the personal data described here. Once incorporation completes, the registered company name, seat, and company number will be listed here and in our legal mentions.

What we collect and why

When you submit the contact form we collect your name, email address, company name (optional), and the message you write.

We use this only to read, respond to, and qualify your enquiry. We do not use it for advertising and we do not sell it.

Legal basis

We process this data on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry you initiated, and, where you provide it voluntarily, your consent. You can withdraw at any time by asking us to delete your data.

Who can see it

Two processors handle this data on our behalf: Resend, which delivers the notification email to our inbox, and Supabase, which stores the enquiry. Both are bound to process it only on our instructions.

Where a processor stores or routes data outside the EU, that transfer relies on appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry data for up to 24 months, unless a working relationship begins, in which case it is kept as part of that relationship, or you ask us to delete it sooner.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your data, and to object to or restrict our processing of it. To exercise any of these, email hello@invensu.be.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit / Autorité de protection des données).

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no tracking or advertising cookies. We measure traffic with privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics, so there is no cookie banner to click through.

Changes

If this notice changes, we will update the date at the top. The version shown applies from that date.
